Revive Pilates – Frequently Asked Questions

General

Q: Who can attend classes?
A: Revive is for every body, no matter your fitness level or background. You must be 18+ to attend. Those under 18 may join with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

Q: I’m new to Pilates. Can I join?
A: Absolutely! Our trained instructors provide modifications for all levels, so beginners are always welcome.

Booking & Waitlist

Q: How far in advance can I book a class?
A: Classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance using the Revive app or website.

Q: What if a class is full?
A: Add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified and automatically added to the class.

Arrivals & Studio Policies

Q: When should I arrive?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before class to check in and get set up. Doors lock 5 minutes before class—late entry is not permitted.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Mats are provided. Please bring a water bottle and sweat towel. We do provide mats however, you are always welcome to bring your own if you wish. For Reformer classes, grip socks are mandatory (available for purchase at the studio).

Cancellations & No-Shows

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:

  • Cancel 8+ hours before class → no penalty.

  • Cancel within 8 hours → $15 fee or loss of class credit.

  • No-shows → $25 fee or loss of class credit.
    Fees are charged automatically based on your membership type.

Health & Safety

Q: What if I have an injury or condition?
A: Please speak with your instructor before class so we can provide safe modifications.

Q: Can I attend if I’m pre- or post-natal?
A: Yes, with clearance from your doctor. Please inform your instructor so they can provide safe options for you.

Memberships & Payments

Q: Do you offer memberships or drop-ins?
A: Yes! We offer drop-in passes, class packs, and memberships. All can be purchased through the Revive app or website.

Q: Are memberships refundable or transferable?
A: Memberships and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law.
