Your First Class

  • From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, inclusive space designed for every body. Your instructor will guide you through the Revive Method, focusing on flow, balance, and core strength, at a pace that feels comfortable. Expect clear cues, options for all levels, and a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energized, confident, and truly revived.

  • Grip socks (mandatory for Reformer classes; available for purchase in-studio if needed)

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Sweat towel for your comfort

That’s it—just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class so your instructor has time to get you set up and comfortable. For everyone’s safety and focus, doors lock 5 minutes before class—late entry is not permitted.
